We do not take returns on crystals, jewelry, or adornments. We     will offer an exchange or store credit on a case by case basis.  Nugent Jewelry is eligible for exchanges with receipt. While we strive for excellency, mistakes do happen.  In the instance that you receive a damaged item, we ask that you message us immediately to resolve the issue.  Please include your order number, an explanation of your dissatisfaction and how we can fix it for you (send a new item, refund your money, etc.), and a photo of the damaged items.  We will do our best to  accommodate your request.
